What's Included

Every Chativity subscription covers up to 2,000 conversations per month across every channel your business uses, including your website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, and Slack. There are no per-channel fees and no surprise add-ons, just one flat monthly rate that covers everything from day one.

If your business grows into higher volumes, overages are billed at $10 per additional 1,000 messages and we will always notify you before any extra charges appear on your invoice.

Custom Work

Most businesses get everything they need from the standard setup. If your business has more complex requirements, like deep CRM integrations, multi-department routing, or advanced custom flows, those are scoped and quoted as a separate one-off project so you only pay for what you actually need.

A Note on the Setup Fee

The one-time setup fee is non-refundable because the work begins immediately. Your chatbot is custom-built, trained on your business, and configured specifically for you from day one. There are no contracts and no long-term commitments on the monthly side, so you're never locked in beyond the work that's already been done.
